Diorama "Rue du Calvados"

Mein kleines Diorama "Rue du Calvados" ist endlich fertig. Die Base ist das "French Farm Gate" von MINIART. Das dazugehörige Sd.Kfz.250/1 neue Ausführung stammt von DML. Die Figuren sind ebenfalls von DML. Ich habe jedoch die Köpfe mit Resinköpfen von Hornet und Alpine Miniatures ersetzt. Der Bau ging eigentlich recht schnell, jedoch habe ich mir mit der Bemalung und Alterung sehr viel Zeit genommen. Die Szene stellt einen Aufklärungstrupp der SS PzAufklAbt 1 im September 1944 in der Normandie dar. My little diorama "Rue du Calvados" is finally finished. The base is the "French Farm Gate" by MINIART. The associated Sd.Kfz.250 / 1 neu is from DML. The figures are also of DML. However, I have the heads with Resin heads of Alpine Miniatures and Hornet replaced. The building was actually quite fast, but I took the painting and aging with a lot of time. The scene is a reconnaissance group of the SS PzAufklAbt 1 in Normandy in September 1944. More photos and a detailed description of the construction you can on my website read and see.

But about the title : "Rue de Calvados" is not correct

if you can change write :
"Rue du Calvados"

Hallo Besucher meines Blogs,
Mein Name ist Olav Bellmann, ich bin leidenschaftlicher Modellbauer und wohne in München. Ich betreibe mein Hobby, den Plastikmodellbau schon seit über 30 Jahren. Ich möchte euch in diesem Blog aufzeigen, was gerade so in meinem Bastelzimmer passiert. Meist liegt viel zu viel herum und es sieht recht unordentlich aus. Aber bis jetzt funktionierte mein Motto: "nur das Genie beherrscht das Chaos" eigentlich immer noch.
Es liegt in meiner Natur, immer viel zu viel anzufangen und gleichzeitig auf mehreren "Baustellen" zu arbeiten. Neben meinen längerfristigen Arbeiten, baue ich meist noch mehrere andere Modelle gleichzeitig. Das soll nicht heißen, ich zimmere mal schnell ein Modell zusammen. Auch hier gilt mein Motto: lieber etwas länger, aber dafür sauber und ordentlich zusammengebaut.

My name is Olav Bellmann. I live in Munich in Bavaria and am an avid model builder. I run my hobby, the plastic model building for over 30 years. I want to show in this blog, what just happened in my laboratory. Usually means a lot around too much and it looks quite messy. But until now worked my motto: "only the genius controls the chaos" really still.
It's in my nature, always a lot to catch too much and work simultaneously on multiple "sites". In addition to my longer-term work, I usually build several different models simultaneously. This is not to say I sometimes room together quickly a model. Again, my motto is: better a little longer but assembled clean and tidy.
